Henning & Morten Of Flipped Normals, are Character Artists that have been in the industry for several years and has worked for Big companies e.g DNEG, Framestore, The Foundry, MPC and many more. Flipped Normals is a Youtube Channel and Brand, that discusses the VFX industry and talks about multiple topics within the Film, TV and Games industry. The channel uploads video tutorials, time-lapses, live streams, and Promos for aspiring creators. They also own a website where they sell courses and assets for other creators. They also sell other creator's courses on their website, such as Victory 3D. I use Flipped Normals anytime I get stuck or look for some inspiration, because they discuss multiple things, like their approach when creating characters in ZBrush, to how the render in Arnold. One of my favourite series is when they were doing a Panel For Bournemouth University's BFX. They would take students models and fix them while discussing the faults and how every student should look at their work. This channel helped me to be more self-critical, pay more attention to my work and help me understand Zbrush a lot more. I watched them during the summer and this helped me to create my workflow, I used to spend so much time on small details, but the foundation wasn't built, which meant the details wouldn't matter. Not only is their channel helpful, but Henning and Morten's work is outstanding, which makes them my inspiration. I love realism and they specialise in realistic characters and creatures.

Ashley A. Adams is a Character Artist & Concept Sculptor from Montreal, Canada. She has worked for VFX companies such as Tangent Animations, Sinking Ship Entertainment, Arc Productions and many more. She is currently working as a freelancer but branches her services to VFX and Games. Apart from Working for those companies, she has also been an influencer on the Pixologic Youtube Channel, as a live streamer where she sculpts characters and discusses the animation industry. She graduated in 2015 from the Sheridan College with a Bachelor's degree in Animation. Her work is incredible, during her streams, she discusses that she sculpts with no reference and just uses her imagination, she would sculpt on a sphere until it looks interesting. That way of working is intriguing and I chose her as another one of my inspirations because of this.
